The V-shaped multi-blade mandolin is equipped with a set of 6 blades for slicing, grating, shredding and chopping.

  • Capable, like the classic version, of making French fries, vegetable tagliatelle, grated cheese or chocolate, this model also cuts soft vegetables (tomatoes...). Blade and graters clipped/locked on the base, guard, large handle, non-slip foot, possible fixing on a preparation bowl from 12 to 22 cm in diameter: stability, safety and functionality are at the rendezvous.
